An undetermined number of Communist-Terrorist Group (CTG) under the command of a certain Alias BADOK from SRC EMPORIUM of Eastern Visayas Regional Party Committee attacked Victoria Municipal Police Station in Northern Samar on the early morning of March 28, 2019.
The CTGs utilized two (2) six-wheeler trucks during the attack.
Police Lieutenant Eladio Alo, Chief of Police on the said station sensed the forthcoming danger after the approach of the suspected communist was reported and he thereby ordered his men to man defensive positions in the station.
The pesky NPAs were able to occupy the first floor of the police station but the PNP personnel were able to defend their estabished position on the second floor of said building.
The CTGs likewise conducted road blockings at Brgy San Lazaro and Brgy Libertad of same municipality.
The CTGs withdrew from Victoria MPS towards San Roman, Victoria NSamar utilizing one (1) six-wheeler truck at about 05:20AM.
They left behind one (1) six-wheeler truck used during the attack, one (1) M14 rifle, and one (1) M60 Light Machine Gun at the vicinity MPS.
The communists also cowardly left behind their three (3) dead comrades and one (1) capture alive.
Two (2) PNP personnel from that MPS were sligthly wounded but are already in stable condition.
Meanwhile, another encounter is ongoing as the authorities are pursuing those communists who fled from the scene.
