PSSLAI iTrack ONLINE APPLICATION: HOW-TO GUIDE

We have been hearing requests from PSSLAI members about an Online Application Facility for iTrack for some time now.

For those who don’t know it, PSSLAI’s iTrack facility is an SMS platform where you can do Account and Loan Balance Inquires and Fund Transfer transactions. In the past, you may ONLY enroll for iTrack at any PSSLAI office near you.

Fortunately today, we heard of good news as PSSLAI announced the opening of their Online Enrollment/Application/Registration Facility for iTrack.

We can safely assume that this Online Enrollment/Registration/Application is caused by the shutdown of PSSLAI amid lockdowns due to COVID-19 threats.

By the way, this online enrollment scheme is possible because PSSLAI’s employees were on a Work-From-Home Scheme, as part of their Business Continuity Plan.

FOR NEW iTRACK APPLICATIONS

For existing PSSLAI members who would like to enroll for the iTrack facility, kindly fill out the following:

1. iTrack Application Form[Link]
2. Security Question Form[Link]
3. Photocopy of Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
4. Valid ID (such as PNP ID, BFP ID, company ID, School ID, Driver’s license, SSS ID, Passport, UMID)

Download and fill out the iTrack Application form. See the sample below:

2. Security Question Form

Similar with what you did above, download and fill out the Security Question Form.

Make sure that only you knows the answer to these questions, as these will be used in validating your identity in the future when need arises. It can also prevent other people from trying to access your iTrack account thru fraudulent means.

3. Photocopy of your valid ID with 3 signatures

Get a Photocopy of your valid ID and affix 3 signatures on right side portion of the ID cards.

4. Bring your original Valid ID.

In the updated process, PSSLAI requires that you bring these documents to an MLhuillier branch near you.

5. WHERE TO SUBMIT?

DISCLAIMER: Technically, this enrollment process is NOT purely online because you need to send/submit in the actual forms to PSSLAI via the nearest MLhuillier branch.

You may send your forms until April 15, 2020 via any courier services to:

PSSLAI updated their process for submission of iTrack Enrollment form and Security Question form. You may now submit (you must personally appear) the forms to any MLhuillier branch near you (they will impose a fixed courier fee of Php 100.)

FOR MEMBERS WITH EXISTING iTRACK ACCOUNTS WHO WISH TO UPDATE THEIR iTRACK NUMBER

The process is the same as above with the inclusion of the submission of MEMBER REQUEST FORM that you can also download from the link below.

Take note that the updating of iTrack number will incur a Php 100 service charge after April 15, 2020.

After the above-mentioned process, a PSSLAI representative will call you to validate the information.

Take note that this option to apply/register to iTrack via online enrollment is Temporary. PSSLAI will accept applications thru this mode until APRIL 15, 2020 Only.
