Government employees, including personnel of Philippine National Police (PNP), are expected to receive another cash incentive this year-end of 2020, a new law says.
The government compensates police officers for their services by paying them a salary. Also, the law discourages government employees from an ostentatious display of wealth and living a luxurious lifestyle. But in reality, most law enforcers have just enough to live a comfortable life. The Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc (PSSLAI) published a statement on its website regarding the 60-day grace period on loan payments as mandated by RA 11494 or the Bayanihan 2 law.
The Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loans Association, Inc. (AFPSLAI) will implement a 60-day moratorium for all loan payments of its member-borrowers.
