On behalf of the BJMP and Metro Manila District Jail – Main, I applaud you for your leadership, rectitude, and obedience to BJMP code of ethical conduct.
Your recent action to reject a huge offer from a “high risk, high profile” inmate charged with drug-related offenses, in exchange of not being transferred to SICA jail 2 for violation of jail rules and regulations, is truly notable. This is (a) courageous act that every jail officer and uniformed personnel must follow as it is our moral and legal obligation to stop the proliferation of drugs in support of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s relentless war against illegal drugs and criminality.
