An undetermined number of Communist-Terrorist Group (CTG) under the command of a certain Alias BADOK from SRC EMPORIUM of Eastern Visayas Regional Party Committee attacked Victoria Municipal Police Station in Northern Samar on the early morning of March 28, 2019.
